Recipe of the month! March

My first proper Blog!

Welcome back, Glitter Squad!!

This is my first proper blog on here so I'm excited to see what it turns out like.

I decided to make some... Pitta Pizza. 

Ingredients needed:
  • Tomato puree
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Any pizza toppings
  • Cheese
  • Pitta Bread
Ingrideients in the picture above: Tomato Puree, Mini mozzarella,mixed herbs and corriander.

If you want you can add any extra flavour on top like herbs and corriander.

You can chose any kind of pizza toppings you like I chose ham, cheese and pepperoni and from the picture before I also had mozzarella.

Start by cutting up all your toppings into any shapes you like. I decided to cut my pepperoni like this.

I cut my cheese into little cubes like this. Again you don't have to do the same you can cut it however you like.

I then cut the pitta bread in half but be sure to check that they are cut thinner than they were before.

Cut the ham up or the toppings you have and also put the mozzarella with it.

I decided to chop some fruits and put them on a plate for some extra sides and used any leftover pitta bread to eat as well.

We brought some Melba Toast (link down below) and put any leftover toppings on the plate.

We then spread the tomato puree on top of the pitta pizzas and arranged the toppings on top and placed the Pizzas in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C

And this is what we came out with.

I love these pizzas because they are so quick and easy to make.

I used this melba toast but you can find it in any store. In lidl you can have it in Italian or mediterranean style.
